Frank Yao

Mr. Yao joined Bain Capital in 2008. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked at Bain & Company in the Palo Alto office, where he managed engagements for clients in high tech, consumer products, and financial services sectors. Previously, he was a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting and a senior sales manager with Schneider Electric.

Mr. Yao received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BS from the Shanghai Jiaotong University. He also studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Graduate Fellow.
