As we have already announced, the Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group made a fresh start as of April 1, 2010, as MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. through a merger with Aioi Insurance Co., Ltd. and Nissay Dowa General Insurance Co., Ltd.
